Delivery inspection

1.In addition to the goods you ordered, the invoice/delivery note and packing list are included in the shipping package. Please confirm whether the received goods match the contents of the packing list. If the goods do not match the contents of the packing list, Please contact the hard city through the customer service hotline in time, the hard city will deal with this situation in the first time.

2. Due to the increasingly miniaturized size of IC products, it is recommended to arrange for professionals to unpack and avoid the loss of goods due to bulk bags; please pay special attention to check and keep invoices (valuable notes).

3. If damage occurs during transportation, please keep the shipping container, packaging materials and products intact, and immediately contact our customer service representative or complaint hotline to resolve.
